Education for all by the year 2015

Will Nigeria be able to achieve her dream of education for all by the 2015 considering the fact that we are just nine months away to the end of 2015?

With 10.5 million Nigerian school age children out of school, 63 million adult illiterates and the end of 2015 round the corner, it looks like Education for all by the 2015 will remain a dream for a long while.
